Each lampshade is painted with watercolor and wax on watercolor paper. The wax used with care to highlight and illuminate specific areas of the painting. The shades are hand-assembled either with archival cloth, tape, or hand sewn. Once complete they are then coated with Golden archival spray, so you may wipe clean without concern of damaging the art.
